Delivery

All products are shipped via major couriers and sent recorded delivery.

There is a small charge of 10GBP on each order to cover merchants fees.
 

Branded Merchandise

- Please allow 5 days for your products to arrive for UK customers.

- Please allow 7 days for goods to arrive for worldwide customers.

Goods shipped within Europe -[ UK ]- So no import TAX

If you need to contact us regarding your delivery please send an email to admin@topwholesaleshop.com with your name, date of purchase and order ID number.

Product(s) will be shipped via EMS, DHL, UPS.

Warranty

If the package arrives in bad condition please refuse the package.  Check the package immedately on receiving it. If there is a problem please contact us to replace it.

Returns Policy

We test everything before shipment.  Faulty products will never be shipped out.  Your product will be well-packaged and safe during shipping.

Your return product should be in a resaleable condition and with all accessories.

All products come with a 1 Year Worldwide Warranty. The product can be returned within 12 months for repair.

Please contact us for a return code and address before shipping the product back.

We are not responsible for abnormal use or artificial damage.
